Conscious Educators for Equity is a 501(c)(3) designated nonprofit organization created to develop, support, and grow educators in the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to create equitable, anti-oppressive, academically challenging, and socially and emotionally uplifting learning environments for every student, every day!
Through comprehensive coaching and professional development learning experiences, we support educators to begin, grow, and strengthen their equity commitments to the students they serve. Backed by decades of research in the power of emancipatory practices such as culturally relevant/responsive/sustaining teaching, multicultural education, and equity pedagogies, Conscious Educators for Equity cohorts are designed for the 21st century teacher to embrace, empower, educate, and include every 21st century learner!
