With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. She sets the tone for everything we do.
Salandra Grice-Johnson, Ph.D., is a former classroom educator, award-winning author, and currently an Assistant Professor of Education at Sam Houston State University. She has a decade of classroom experience and her journey as an educator, and a parent have helped shape her approaches in helping educators create high-quality, caring, positive, and equitable school experiences for EVERY student.
